  • Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 1-3 business days (UK orders).

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on your shipping address. Free shipping is offered on all orders over £99 for UK deliveries.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons (such as holidays or promotional events), processing time may be slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

    • Other international destinations may take longer based on customs clearance and delivery logistics.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

  • For UK and EU Orders: All taxes and duties are included in the purchase price.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. WM ONEIL LTD is not responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. 8. Lost or Missing Packages

While we make every effort to ensure that your package arrives safely, occasionally packages may be delayed or lost in transit. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and ensure that the package is either found or replaced.


9. Packaging

We take great care in packaging our jewelry to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each item is carefully packed in a branded jewelry box to ensure safe delivery and a premium unboxing experience.


10. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • If your delivery address is in a restricted location, we will notify you promptly and work with you to arrange an alternative solution.
