Returns & Exchanges

At WM ONEIL LTD, we want you to love your jewelry, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.


How to Return or Exchange an Item

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with the original packaging and tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Some items, such as customized or personalized jewelry, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.


Steps for Returning or Exchanging Your Item

  1. Contact Us:
    To start your return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at payment@wmoneil.com. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable) of the item.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Our team will send you a return authorization with further instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). Please ensure that the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

  3. Ship the Item Back:
    Once you’ve received the return authorization, send the item back to us at the following address:

    Please ensure the item is securely packaged and that the return shipping label is attached. WM ONEIL LTD is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process if the packaging is inadequate.

  4. Inspection:
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return policy requirements. This process usually takes 5-7 business days.

  5. Refund or Exchange:
    If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the inspection.
    Alternatively, if you choose to exchange the item, we will ship the replacement item to you once the return is processed.


Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error (e.g., wrong item sent).


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the new item to you. Shipping for the replacement item is on us.

  • Exchange Shipping: We offer free shipping for exchanges within the United Kingdom. For international exchanges, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

To expedite the process, please include photos of the damage or defect in your email to us. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.


International Returns

For international returns (outside the United Kingdom), please contact us to discuss the return process. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized items (unless damaged or defective).

  • Sale or discounted items (unless stated otherwise).
